Job Summary
Flatbed Driver with CDL-A. Earn $1,200 weekly minimum (up to $2,200 weekly for top performers) and up to $90,000 per year. Home every weekend with a rhythm that supports earning and living well. Onboarding pay includes $1,500 sign-on plus $1,100 paid after orientation. Onboarding spans two weeks in Birmingham, with paid earnings during training. 40% of loads are drop+hook; some loads do not require tarping. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, rider program, and more. Requires 12 months OTR experience and valid CDL-A; must be 22+.
