Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver role with onboarding pay and home-time benefits. Earn up to $90k/year with a guaranteed $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles; $1,500 signing bonus plus $1,100 orientation pay. Home every weekend, with freight that is 40% drop+hook and 40% not requiring tarping. Two-week onboarding including one week paid orientation in Birmingham, then instructor-led training. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life, 401k with match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors. Must have CDL-A and 12 months of verifiable OTR experience; minimum age 22.
