Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver role delivering freight with home every weekend; $1,200 weekly minimum pay, with most drivers earning $1,400-$2,200 per week. $1,500 signing bonus plus $1,100 orientation pay. Onboarding includes two weeks: one week paid orientation in Birmingham and a second week training with a flatbed instructor, totaling up to $2,000 during onboarding. 40% of loads are drop & hook and 40% do not require tarping.
