Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Driver with Boyd Bros. - earn up to $90k annually with a $1,200 weekly minimum when running 1,800+ miles; $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation pay. Home every weekend with a focus on safety and reliability. Onboarding includes two weeks in Birmingham (paid $2,000 during onboarding). 40% drop+hook and 40% loads that don’t require tarping; 2-week onboarding to build new skills. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with company match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors. Applications accepted ongoing; no deadline. No flatbed experience required to start with orientation; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 12 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 22 years of age
