Job Summary
Flatbed Truck Driver role with CDL-A for Boyd Bros. Drive and earn with weekend home time, a $1,500 signing bonus plus $1,100 orientation pay, and a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,200 when running 1,800+ miles. Onboarding includes two weeks of paid orientation in Birmingham followed by hands-on training with a flatbed instructor. Freight mix includes 40% drop & hook and 40% loads that do not require tarping. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k with match, rider program, and late-model Kenworth tractors. Must have CDL-A, 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, and be at least 22 years old.
