Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver (Regional Route) with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment on regional routes in the western region, hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Compensation includes weekly pay and a substantial annual pay range, with accessorial pay (tarps, stop, detention, border-cross, safety bonuses) and a transition/orientation package. Home time offered with weekends off for a 34-hour reset; orientation pay and benefits enroll after eligibility waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO). This role requires a valid CDL-A, 21+, experience (4+ months preferred), a clean driving record, background check, drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse; ability to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds, twice) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarps on roughly 70% of loads) during orientation
