Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed regional driver to operate on a regional (and OTR) route, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Flatbed equipment, tarp duties, and load securement are required. Must have a valid CDL-A, be at least 21, and possess a safe driving record with a background check and clean drug test. The role includes pay with weekly and annual components plus accessorial pay (e.g., tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, and mileage pay), and benefits after eligibility. Home time is on weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay are included in the package. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Age 21 years or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (to be tested during orientation)
- Tarping loads on flatbeds (approximately 70% of loads)
