Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for a regional/OCR-style fleet. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Competitive pay: weekly and annual ranges shown, with accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossings, safety bonuses, and more), plus a transition/orientation pay package. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; orientation occurs early in employment. Eligible drivers can expect full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, EAP), PTO accrual, and a company-focused safety culture. Must be physically able to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds) and pass required checks (background, drug, Clearinghouse). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (demonstrated during orientation)
