Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals in the western U.S. Regional/OTR opportunities with home time off most weekends (34-hour reset). Competitive pay: weekly pay for full-time drivers, annual pay ranges, and additional accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and 70% tarp-focused loads). Orientation and transition pay included; benefits after waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, HSA, PTO accrual). Must have valid CDL-A, be 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean driving record, passing background and drug tests, and able to tarp loads as required. Location noted includes terminal in Kansas City, MO with regional home-time expectations; role emphasizes safety and driver-support programs. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (orientation test)
