Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed regional driver opportunity with System Transport. Drive flatbed configurations on regional/OTR routes in the western region; haul materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay: annual range $56,949.36–$102,993.80 with full benefits (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) matching, PTO, sick time, and more). Transition and orientation pay included; home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border-crossing pay, and other accessorial pay. Requires a valid CDL-A, being 21+, 4+ months driving experience (prefer 1-year), clean driving record, background check, and drug/Clearinghouse compliance. Tarping may be required on ~70% of loads in some opportunities; equipment is modern with safety features. Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
