Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional routes (Division 290) in the US. Role involves operating flatbed equipment to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay includes weekly and annual pay with multiple accessorial pays (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and transition/orientation pay. Home time is most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple benefits available after waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP, PTO). Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, at least 4+ months driving experience, safe driving record, no more than 6 jobs in 3 years, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse; physical ability to tarp loads (90 pounds) during orientation. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarp about 70% of loads)
