Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed regional driver responsible for hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and other heavy loads. Flatbed tarping is required; compensation includes weekly pay, annual pay ranges, and various accessorial pays (tarps, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and more). Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple route options available; orientation and transition pay provided. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and EAP; PTO accrual based on tenure; safety-focused company culture; equal opportunity employer. Requires 4+ months experience, clean driving and background checks, and ability to tarp loads.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to tarp a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
