Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver needed for Regional Route (Division 290, Kansas City, MO terminal) with System Transport. Driver will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment across western regional/OTR routes. Pay packages include weekly and annual earnings with multiple accessorial pays (tarps, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, mileage) and a transition/orientation pay program. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; benefits available after eligibility waiting period. Must have a valid CDL-A, be 21+, meet driving history and background checks, pass drug test and Clearinghouse, and be capable of tarping loads (approximately 70% of loads). Eligible candidates may have 4+ months of experience; 1 year preferred but not required. Location specified: Paris, Illinois, with remote work not offered. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
