Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for regional routes operating in the Western region. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Competitive pay and benefits with home time mostly on weekends for a 34-hour reset. Role includes tarp handling and load securement, with accessorial and mileage pay opportunities and a transition/orientation pay package. Eligible drivers receive health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO, and more. Orientation and transition pay support onboarding, with division-specific assignments (Division 290) and a Kansas City, MO terminal; Mount Pleasant, IA also listed among the locations. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
