Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed regional truck driver role hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western US. Responsibilities include operating flatbed equipment on regional routes with full pay packages, accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border-crossing, safety, and other pay), transitioning/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; equipment features and safety-focused operations are highlighted. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, safe driving record, and ability to tarp loads.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
