Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for regional routes (Division 290) in the western region. Responsibilities include operating flatbed equipment, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals, tarping loads as needed, and maintaining safety and compliance. Drivers receive competitive weekly pay and annual earnings, accessorial pay (tarps, detention, border crossing, tarp-related duties), orientation and transition pay, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), PTO, EAP). Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; vehicle tech and safety features are highlighted for on-the-job safety and support. A valid CDL-A, 4+ months of driving experience, safe driving record, and clean background/drug/Clearlinghouse checks are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
