Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for regional routes with System Transport. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Competitive pay: weekly and annual pay ranges, plus accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border-crossing, safety bonuses) and mileage pay. Home time on weekends with a 34-hour reset. Transition and orientation pay included. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving, safe driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse; ability to lift 90 lb tarps during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
