Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional routes. Transport heavy materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbeds. Competitive pay with weekly/annual pay, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple pay components include mileage pay and various accessorial pays. Experience preferred but not required for recent CDL-A graduates; requires passing background and drug tests and a clean Clearinghouse record. Terminal listed in Kansas City, MO; role focused on on-site driving with strong safety and equipment standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
