Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional routes. Operate flatbed trucks, transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Accepts recent CDL-A graduates; orientation/pay bonuses included. Home time with weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Tarps and load securement are integral; expect tarping duties on roughly 70% of loads. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to tarp 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
- Ability to lift tarps and perform tarp duties on most loads
