Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver role on regional routes in the western United States. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals in flatbed configurations. Full-time position with home time on most weekends and a 34-hour reset. Competitive pay packages including weekly pay, annual pay up to six figures, and a variety of accessorial pays (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses). Transition and orientation pay included. Benefits available after eligibility: health, dental, vision, 401(k) and matching, life insurance, PTO accrual. Must have a valid Class A CDL, be 21+, and have 4+ months of driving experience with a safe driving record. Capabilities include tarping loads (up to 90 pounds) during orientation, and tarping approximately 70% of loads in daily work. Company emphasizes safety, modern equipment, and 24/7 support.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
