Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driving opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Drive flatbed trailers on regional routes, transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay packages and comprehensive benefits including orientation pay, transition pay, PTO, 401(k) and health/dental/vision coverage. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; steady pay with weekly and annual earnings potential, plus tarp, detention, border crossing, and other accessorial pays. Requires valid CDL-A, minimum 4 months experience, age 21+, clean driving record, background and drug tests, and ability to handle tarps. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping ~70% of loads) during orientation
