Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driver role with System Transport. Drives regional routes hauling flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive weekly and annual pay with accessorial pay (tarps, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses), orientation and transition pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO). Must have CDL-A, be 21+, and have 4+ months of driving experience with a safe record; tarp-lifting requirement enforced during orientation. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; drivers on Division 290 routes. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
