Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional routes in the western U.S. Transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Flatbed equipment with tarp handling required; driver receives transition/orientation pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset. Competitive pay: weekly and annual pay scales, plus accessorial pay (tarps, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and mileage pay. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, 21+ years old, 4+ months of driving experience, safe driving record, no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse result, and ability to lift a 90-pound tarp during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (test during orientation)
