Job Summary
Drive flatbed equipment on regional and over-the-road (OTR) routes transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Earn competitive pay with weekly and annual pay, plus accessorial and tarp-related pay. Enjoy home-time with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Orientation and a transition package are provided. Requires CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months of driving experience, clean driving record, background check, drug test, and a valid Clearinghouse result. Flatbed-specific duties include tarp handling and load securement as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation (tarps about 70% of loads)
