Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional routes with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Role focuses on hauling flatbed loads (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals) across the western US with an emphasis on safety and on-time performance. Responsibilities include operating Class A tractors on regional/Otr routes, tarp handling and securement for flatbed loads, maintaining safe driving records, passing background, drug tests, and Clearinghouse checks, and adhering to company pay and transition/orientation programs. Experience preferred but not required; must meet standard hiring requirements and physical ability to tarp loads as part of daily duties. Home time features frequent weekends off with a 34-hour reset, and benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and transition/orientation pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping ~70% of loads)
