Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A Driver for regional and OTR routes with System Transport. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Regional division 290 based in Kansas City, MO; home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Compensation includes weekly pay, annual pay ranges, and various accessorial pays (tarps, detention, border crossing, etc.). Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean background, and ability to tarp typical loads; orientation pay and transition package offered. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), EAP, PTO accrual, and more. Pet policy excludes most pets, riders allowed after 90 days with limits. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
