Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver opportunity on regional routes in Division 290 (Kansas City terminal) with System Transport. Operate flatbed tractors to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across western regions. Weekly and annual pay packages available with accessorial pay (tar pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, tarp pay), health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and transition/orientation pay. Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean driving record, and ability to tarp loads (90 lb tarp onto a 5 ft platform). Home time includes weekend resets; equipment is modern with safety features and road-support services. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
