Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driver responsible for hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed loads. Provides full-time opportunities with weekly and annual pay, orientation and transition pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time includes weekends off with a 34-hour reset; riders may be allowed after 90 days; no pets allowed. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean driving history, and a clear background; tarp-heavy loading (up to 90 pounds) is part of the role and tarping occurs on a majority of loads. Equipment includes modern flatbed trucks with safety features; opportunity to discuss route options with recruiters.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
