Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for regional/OTR routes with System Transport. Responsibilities include operating flatbed equipment, hauling materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, machinery, and coils, and handling tarps with required pay and benefits. Flatbed-specific pay structure includes per-mile rates, accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing), and transition/orientation pay. Home time offers weekends off for a 34-hour reset; division-specific home time varies. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, age 21+, 4+ months of driving experience, safe driving record, background and drug tests, and ability to tarp loads. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 22+ years? (actual requires 21+)
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Ability to lift 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice during orientation
