Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driver role with System Transport. Drive flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional/OTR routes in Division 290 (Kansas City, MO). Competitive pay: weekly and annual pay ranges up to six figures, plus accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses), transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO). Home time primarily weekends with a 34-hour reset. Requirements include valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, clean driving history, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse results; ability to tarp loads weighing ~90 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
