Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Role involves hauling flatbed loads (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals) in the Western region with a focus on safety and timely deliveries. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and transition/orientation pay. Must have a valid CDL-A, be 21+, have 4+ months of driving experience, pass a background check and drug test, and meet Clearinghouse requirements. Drivers will be required to tarp loads (approximately 70% of loads) and lift tarps up to 90 pounds during orientation testing.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tests during orientation)
