Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver on regional routes with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Drive flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Pay includes weekly pay and annual pay with accessorial pay (tarps, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and a transition/orientation package. Home time is off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; orientation and specialized tarp handling are required. Experience preferred but recent CDL-A graduates are welcome. Must meet standard hiring requirements (valid CDL-A, 21+, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse). 4+ months driving experience required; must be physically able to tarp loads (90 pounds) during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarp) during orientation
