Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver on regional routes with System Transport. Driver will transport goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Competitive pay packages, benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO), and transition/orientation pay. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Route type: Regional; equipment: flatbed; driver type: CDL-A Experienced. Pay scales include weekly pay and annual pay with multiple accessorial pays (tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay). 1,800 Transition Package and orientation pay available. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
