Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional routes with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment on regional/OTR lanes, hauling items such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Offers full benefits, transition/orientation pay, PTO, 401(k) with matching, and competitive pay with various pay components (mileage, accessorial, and specific tarp-related pay). Home time is weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple route options available. Emphasis on safety, modern trucks, and 24/7 support. Eligible candidates must have CDL-A, be 21+, possess driving experience, and pass background/drug/Clearinghouse checks; tarp lifting is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
