Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driver needed to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals on regional/OTR routes. Expect weekly pay and annual earnings with full pay package including tarp pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and accessorial pay; orientation and transition pay included. Benefits available after waiting period (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO, sick and vacation time). Division 290, Kansas City, MO with home time on weekends (34-hour reset). Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months experience, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse, and the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp twice; tarping is required on about 70% of loads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarps on ~70% of loads)
