Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual figures, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Must meet CDL qualifications, pass background and drug tests, and be physically able to tarp loads. Equipment is flatbed; tarping and lifting requirements apply; driver pay includes mileage and various accessorial pays. Based in Division 290 with terminal in Kansas City, MO, and opportunities to work across the western region; strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Background check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (demonstrated during orientation)
