Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed regional truck driver role with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment on regional routes in the western US, hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick time. Must have a valid CDL-A, be 21+, and meet safety and employment history requirements. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; pay scales include weekly and annual figures with various accessorial pays. Training and testing provided during orientation; strong emphasis on safety and equipment readiness.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A license
- 4+ months of driving experience
- 21 years or older
- valid safe driving record
- no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- background check required
- drug test required
- Clearinghouse result required
- physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
