Job Summary
Flatbed CDL Driver for regional routes with System Transport. Drives flatbed equipment, hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive weekly and annual pay with accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses), transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP). Requires CDL-A, 21+, and ability to tarp loads (90 pounds) during orientation. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; regional duties across Division 290 with an emphasis on safety and uptime. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates; orientation and transition packages provided. No pets; riders allowed after 90 days for qualified drivers. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
