Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Earn pay packages including per-mile and accessorial pay,Transition and orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Role involves hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Must pass background checks and drug tests; 21+ with 4+ months driving experience; tarping loads (approximately 70% of loads) is required. Home time mostly weekends with a 34-hour reset. Preference for 1 year of experience but not strictly required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Drug Test required
- Clearinghouse required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
