Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver for regional routes with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals across the western region of the United States. Full-time position with competitive weekly and annual pay, comprehensive benefits, and a transition/orientation pay package. Home time is most weekends with a 34-hour reset; tarp/load securement duties are required for all flatbed loads; pay scales include per-mile rates and various accessorial pays; a background check and drug test are required, along with a Clearinghouse check. Training and support are available, including dedicated pay structures, PTO accrual by years of service, and an emphasis on safety and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Ability to lift 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping loads)
