Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A regional driver opportunity with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment on regional routes in the western/South region, hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; transitioning pay and orientation pay provided. Compensation includes weekly pay and annual pay ranges, with additional accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and mileage-based earnings. Requires 21+ and 4+ months of driving experience, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse compliance, and ability to tarp loads up to 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
