Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for a regional route. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Full-time role with home time off most weekends (34-hour reset). Competitive pay package: weekly and annual pay figures with numerous accessorial pays, orientation and transition pay, and extensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, EAP, PTO). Required: valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, safe driving record, clean drug test and Clearinghouse results, and ability to lift a 90-pound tarp during orientation. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (test during orientation)
- System Transport tarp loads on ~70% of loads
- Flatbed experience preferred but not necessary
