Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driver needed to haul glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment across the western region. Competitive pay with weekly and annual ranges, plus accessorial pay (tarps, detention, safety bonuses, border crossing where applicable) and a transition/orientation package. Home time includes weekends off with a 34-hour reset; dedicated to Division 290 and Des Moines/Kansas City area operations. Comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, and safe driving record with 4+ months driving experience; background check and drug testing required; must be able to tarp loads as part of daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
