Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver sought for regional routes in the western US. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Flatbed equipment; expect weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Home time with weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Requires 4+ months driving experience, valid CDL-A, age 21+, clean background and drug test, valid Clearinghouse, and tarp-lifting capability. Orientation pay and a transition package are provided along with health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits. System Transport is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (test during orientation)
