Job Summary
CDL-A Flatbed Driver for a regional route with System Transport. Drive flatbed equipment transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay ranges, comprehensive benefits, transition/orientation pay, and strong home-time with weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Prioritize safety with company-provided equipment and support from a driver-focused team. Eligible candidates include recent CDL-A graduates; must pass background, drug, and Clearinghouse checks. Home time varies by division; this role is Division 290 with extensive pay opportunities per mile and accessorial pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation (flatbed tarp about 70% of loads)
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
