Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A regional driver position with System Transport. Drive regional routes hauling materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual ranges, extensive benefits, transition/orientation pay, and strong home-time emphasis (34-hour resets on weekends). Required: valid CDL-A, minimum 21, safe driving record, 4+ months experience, background check and drug screening, and ability to tarp loads (90 pounds) as part of orientation. Equipment includes flatbed trucks; routes are in Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, with home time largely on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing at orientation)
