Job Summary
Experienced CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional routes in the western US. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay options, plus per-mile rates and multiple accessorial pays (tarps, detention, safety bonuses, border Crossing, etc.). Transition and orientation pay included; home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; benefits available after eligibility waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO). Must pass background check and drug test; clearinghouse required. Responsibilities include tarp-covered loading, tarping about 70% of loads, and lifting up to 90 pounds during orientation testing. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
