Job Summary
Regional flatbed CDL-A driver needed in the western US. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay components plus accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and a transition/orientation package. Must hold valid CDL-A, be 21+, have 4+ months of driving experience, maintain a safe driving record, and pass a background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse. Lighting and tarp handling requirements include lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple pay and benefits options available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
