Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for regional and OTR routes. Transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Flatbed equipment and tarping required with pay packages including weekly pay and annual earnings up to six figures, plus accessorial pay (detention, tarp, border crossing, safety bonuses). Home time typically off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, 21+, 4+ months driving experience, safe driving record, and passing background, drug, and Clearinghouse checks. Physical requirement to tarp loads and operate flatbeds is specified. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and EAP. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
