Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional routes with System Transport. Responsibilities include operating flatbed equipment on regional/OTR runs, securing and tarp-ing loads (including lifting up to 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform during orientation), maintaining safe driving practices, and complying with background checks and drug testing. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
- Flatbed driver opportunities tarps about 70% of loads
